From fine fashion to fine fragrance
Lebanese couturier Elie Saab, famous for his graceful, feminine dresses, unveils his first perfume. This bouquet of white flowers, christened simply Le Parfum, expresses a radiant femininity, the designer explains. It transcribes the duality of my world: Eastern light and Western modernity. Passionate about architecture and design, the couturier wanted a glass bottle with pure lines, multiplying the play of light.
Couturier Elie Saab’s signature scent reveals orange-blossom. You’ll also notice sun-drenched notes and waves of jasmine. The woodsy trail features an alliance of patchouli, cedar and rose honey. Perfumer: Francis Kurkdjian.
The bottle calls to mind a facetted stone.
